Membrane sits between a team's design system and the people using it. A designer describes a screen out loud, and Membrane builds it in real React using only the team's own components and design tokens. Every result passes automatic checks before anyone sees it, and engineers get a runnable prototype with the design-system and backend checks already done.

That's a hard product to explain on a landing page, so the site leads with a demo instead of a definition. The hero shows a live build: a designer's spoken request on one side, the code Membrane writes on the other, and in between a raw hex color getting blocked while a design token passes. Below it, the problem section names three ways design falls apart at handoff, and a privacy section explains that voice is transcribed in the browser and the audio never leaves the device.

Izaskun designed the site's dark "instrument" look, its logo and its layout, and built it in Astro. She owns the site's design decisions. I set up the repository, chose the hosting and moved it to Cloudflare Pages, and I lead the Membrane app itself.
