These terms govern your use of WhisperPad, a macOS voice-to-text application published by MITM LLC ("we," "us"). By installing or using WhisperPad, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use WhisperPad on Mac computers you own or control, subject to your active subscription or lifetime license.
Subscriptions
WhisperPad subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel any time from the receipt email Paddle sends after purchase, or by contacting whisperpadsupport@gmail.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access through the period you've already paid for.
Lifetime licenses
Lifetime licenses grant unlimited use of WhisperPad on your devices for as long as the software is supported. We will make reasonable efforts to support lifetime users through major macOS upgrades but make no perpetual guarantee against technological change.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or modify WhisperPad. License keys are issued per-user and may not be shared.

Refunds

Disclaimer of warranties
WhisperPad is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free transcription, or compatibility with future macOS versions.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim arising from WhisperPad is limited to the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months preceding the claim.
