Refund Policy

We want WhisperPad users to be satisfied with their purchase. If WhisperPad isn't working for you, we're happy to refund.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a WhisperPad subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period continues until its end.
If you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will refund the full amount. After 14 days, we offer pro-rated refunds at our discretion based on the circumstances.
Lifetime licenses
Lifetime license purchases are refundable within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email whisperpadsupport@gmail.com with:
- The email address associated with your Paddle purchase
- Your order ID (in your Paddle receipt email)
- A brief note about what didn't work for you
We'll process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
EU consumer rights
Customers in the European Union have additional refund rights under EU consumer protection law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights. Paddle handles VAT and EU consumer law compliance on our behalf.
