# MITM LLC — Moogle in the Machine

> MITM LLC (also "Moogle in the Machine") is a one-person software studio run by Rene Zelaya, a senior UX researcher. The studio ships privacy-first, mostly on-device apps built with AI models as the rest of the team, following the "Shipped Solo" framework. Flagship product: WhisperPad, local voice-to-text for macOS.

Key facts:
- Everything privacy-first: audio, screenshots, and transcripts stay on-device wherever possible.
- The methodology behind the studio is "Shipped Solo" — six phases (Calibrate, Research, Spec, Build MVP, Test, Interrogate), one operator: https://mitmllc.com/thesis
- The method is TEACHABLE and ecosystem-agnostic: Rene offers team training and one-on-one coaching, and the six phases apply regardless of which AI you build with — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or open-source models. The shipped products are the proof. Inquiries: contact@mitmllc.com
